Using your mobile device, simply scan the QR code to open the training course you need.
Follow along with the on-screen instructions to complete the course.
Answer the questions following the training to ensure mastery and receive credit for the course.
Because the training environment is web-based, you can use any Apple iOS or Android supported mobile device. This includes phones and tablets. You can also access the trainings from any Apple or Windows supported PC. This includes laptops as well as desktops.
Simply open the camera app on your smartphone or tablet and hover over the QR code. You do not need to actually take a picture of the QR. You may have to move in closer or further away to focus the QR code in the camera field. You will know it has worked when you see a link open underneath the QR code with the Invata website URL.
Once you have finished the course and answered the knowledge check questions, you should see a large checkmark indicating that you passed. If you do not see this, contact the Invata administrator for your location so they can check the logs to see if the course shows as completed or missed.
You may be scanning an old or pre-existing QR code. Contact your local Invata administrator to make sure you have the most current up-to-date QR code.
